RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We provide a money back guarantee. If for any reason you
are not satisfied with your clothing once you receive
it in the mail (quality or sizing), please notify our
customer service department (service.team@302designs.com)
and someone will work with you to get the matter in order.
We are very proud of our product and want our customers
to be 100% content with their purchase. So, if your shirt
does not meet your expectations, you can ship back the
shirt at standard shipping rates as long as it's in original,
unused condition, including any tags and receipts, within
14 calendar days since the date of purchase for a full
refund. Yes,
we’re that proud. In cases where the return was our mistake (wrong size, damaged product, etc.) we will give you a store credit for any additional shipping costs you incur.
We cannot fully reimburse international ship-back costs. However,
we do offer partial reimbursement.
All return, credit and exchange requests must be made
within 14 DAYS OF THE DATE YOU RECEIVE THE PACKAGE.
All returns must be in their original condition with tags
attached. Items with make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette
smoke), or other customer damages will not be accepted
for return.

REFUNDS
All returns will be credited with the original form of
payment (i.e., on the same credit card). Please allow
2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to
be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to
appear on your statement.
