		<description>one thing I do to perk myself up is to take a short 20min nap. i always set a timer about 27 mins to allow myself some extra time to fall asleep. they see 20mins is a perfect amount to get through 1 sleep cycle.  when i wake up i feel ready to gooooooo!</description>
