Blog Contest: Who Inspires You?

To start off the New Year, we thought we give lucky t-shirt fans the chance to win a $50 302Designs gift certificate. So what’s the catch? To enter, simply leave a comment including who (or what!) inspires you and why. But we want real answers, i.e. we don’t want to see alot of “my mom- because she works hard”. If your mom is the person who inspires you, great! But tell us the real reasons why. If someone or something inspires you, then they are likely to inspire someone else too, so let us know.
Winners will be chosen on February 15th.

My daughter inspires me because she is absolutely fearless.
My Mom. She’s put up with so much crap from me over the years, and raised me and my older brother almost completely by herself. She put up with me when I was suicidal and depressive, and when I changed schools. She’s been the only reliable force in my entire life.
Who inspires me? Jesus Christ is definitely the inspiration of my life! Why? Because of ALL He has done and suffered for me (dying on the cross and then rising again…yay!) and because He is the ultimate example for how I want to live my life.
Loads of people inspire me in different ways so I’ll just pick one… my friend Amanda inspires me because she is totally turning her life around right now and learning to be a better wife, mom and person in general. She makes me want to be all I can be too!

My oldest daughter who is 19 and my husband do the most, but all my children inspire me to be the best Mom I can be.

my mom inspires me because she’s so giving of herself
I inspire me. Only because i’ve been to HELL and back the last year but I made it out alive and kicking and with a great attitude. I never knew how much strength and hope and determination that was within me until I hit my lowest of lows.
What makes the little child so beautiful is the imagination.
Children inspire me. I have the opportunity to guide children every day to reach their goals and dreams through my talents and abilities in the martial arts. These children are a profoud group of individuals who strive to achieve greatness in martial arts and in life. The program myself and my best friend created is designed to guide our youth to understand truth with love, balance, service, respect, discipline and much more. Children think big, and they believe with the incredible power of their imagination, their dreams can transform into a reality.
That inspires me.
