Scheduling Time for Happiness

PROJECTmagazine ran an article entitled “How to make time for happiness” that offers suggestions for just that. It is quite easy to get wrapped up in obligations and responsibilities but having “down time” is critical for a happy life, even if you have to schedule it to make sure it happens (and the article even provides a scheduling tool).
Whether it’s saving an hour a day to spend with loved ones or veg in front of the TV, it’s important to slow down and enjoy yourself a little bit each day. This is the best way to avoid burn-out and to enhance your quality of life.
