According to Psychology Today, individuals who meditate are healthier and happier. Stress levels and the effects of anxiety and depression are greatly reduced when one takes up this practice. Psychology Today’s study asserts that meditators transfer brain waves from one area of the brain to another, calmer one.
Meditation has become very trendy in recent years, and now it is even being implemented in corporate offices and elementary schools. Studies have shown that it has very positive effects on virtually everyone who tries it. It may be worthwhile to learn a few basic techniques and practice them each morning or evening, even if only for 15 minutes.
